CEO & Founder
Alicia Mancilla
Alicia Mancilla is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DA & Son, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the decorative greens and wreath industry. Through her leadership, dedication, and deep knowledge of the business, she has grown the company into a trusted supplier known for quality products and strong customer relationships. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, volunteering at her church, and spending time with Domino, the family’s French bulldog.
Business Development Manager
Samuel Mancilla
Samuel Mancilla is the Business Development Manager at DA & Son, where he helps lead business development efforts, strategic planning, operations, and customer relations to support the company’s continued growth. With a background in business, leadership, project management, and organizational development, he brings a thoughtful and forward-looking approach to helping the company adapt to new opportunities while maintaining its commitment to quality and service. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, a Master of Theological Studies, and a Master of Divinity, and has experience leading teams, coordinating programs, developing long-term initiatives, and fostering strong community relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, soccer, and reading.

Domingo Mancilla
Domingo Mancilla is the General Manager of DA & Son and brings more than 30 years of experience across every facet of the decorative greens and wreath industry. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in production, operations, logistics, quality control, and customer service, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up. His hands-on leadership, dedication to excellence, and commitment to serving customers have played a vital role in the company’s growth and long-standing reputation for quality and reliability. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with his family, and supporting the next generation of the family business.
